Phyllis Wallace

Phyllis Wallace -- wife, family counselor, author, and educator -- is the host of the popular radio program, "Woman to Woman."

Responding to a need among the women of her home church, Phyllis formed a group to talk about issues and study the Bible. That small group grew to become a weekly gathering of 100 women and a staff of 24. This led to numerous invitations for national speaking engagements and provided an opportunity to develop a radio program, and "Woman to Woman" began in May 1991 over KFUO-AM radio in St. Louis, Missouri.

"Woman to Woman" promotes women's well-being and spiritual growth through messages of Christian encouragement and practical lifestyle information. Phyllis Wallace and her guests motivate and instruct listeners how to make the transition from "hearing" to "doing."

Phyllis received her BA in Sociology from the University of Illinois and a Master's in Educational Psychology from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois. She and her husband, attorney Richard B. Wallace, have four children.
